- 625184 Black Bean Burger
- 800150 Red Radishes Sliced Thin
- 753806 Potato Mini Bakers
- 760580 Roasted Corn\Pepper
- 220490 Tahini Sauce
- Oil of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat oven 450* and place parchment paper on pan.
- Cut black bean burger into strips and place on sheet pan.
- Toss all vegetables with oil and place on sheet pan with the burger strips.
- Place in oven. After 15 minutes turn over black bean burger strips, return to oven for an other 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven, place into bowls. Dress with Tahini Sauce and ENJOY!
Serves: Family of 4
Tip: Other flavored sauces maybe used in place of the Tahini Sauce.
Alternate Use: Place cooked ingredients on a bed of greens for a refreshing light meal.
